Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully package and prepare your items.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost or missing, please contact us at hello@botanihaus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will gladly replace any lost, missing, or damaged items at no cost to you, once we verify the issue with the provided information.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
