Shipping and Returns

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.

  • On the product page, you'll see an estimated delivery date that shows when we expect you will receive your order.

Shipping methods & timeframes

  • Once processed, orders are shipped via our standard carrier and typically arrive in 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • For Alaska, Hawaii or international orders, please allow additional transit time and verify shipping charges at checkout.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping locations & fees

  • We ship to the United States (including all 50 states) and internationally to approved countries — if you are outside the U.S., please check shipping availability and cost at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. (Optional: If you offer free shipping above a certain order value, specify that threshold here.)

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for mis-delivery if you entered an incorrect or incomplete address.

Risk of loss & delivery issues

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier and check with neighbors/porches. If you still cannot locate it, email us and we’ll assist you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return eligibility

  • We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a return (for refund or store credit) within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition (unused, un-marked, with packaging intact).

How to initiate a return

  • Email us at [your customer-service email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions (and any return shipping label, if applicable).

Return shipping & fees

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (to you) are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item; please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Defective or incorrect items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of receipt with a clear photo and your order number. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping, if applicable).

Exchange policy

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return initiation process and indicate that you wish to exchange; we will treat it as a return followed by a new order for the replacement.

International returns

  • If your order was shipped internationally, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred.

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met (e.g., item has been used or is not in its original condition).

  • Special-order or custom items may be non-returnable; if so, we’ll clearly indicate this at the time of purchase.

  • For promotional or sale items marked “final sale,” returns may not be permitted — we’ll specify this in the product listing.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible; in that case you may need to follow the standard return process once you receive it.
