How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our calendar orders arrive within 5-10 days (excluding weekends and major holidays) of placing the order for anyone located in the US, Canada, or most major cities around the world.
We will send you an email when the order is placed, and another with a tracking number when it has shipped. If you aren't getting these emails or think your order is lost, email us at hello@botanihaus.com and we will sort it out for you!
While we do ship from global shipping partner stations in major cities around the world, some remote locations or areas with unreliable shipping times may experience delays longer than 10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We use a print fulfillment company to print and ship our products so they can get to you quickly and we can reduce shipping time and waste by only printing what is ordered. We have shipment centers in major cities around the world, and have seen rare shipping delays in remote countries or countries with unstable shipping systems.
How can I contact you about my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with details about your order that will provide all the information you need to track your order as soon as it ships.

Can you change the calendar formatting for my order?
At this time we are not able to offer custom formatting or alternative calendar sizes/layouts, but we may introduce this option in the future!
What is your return policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds for items returned in their original packaging. Just email us at hello@botanihaus.com to request a return/refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status through your confirmation email or email us at hello@botanihaus.com
Do you offer custom artwork or personalization?
At this time, I’m not offering custom orders — but I release new seasonal artwork regularly, so check back for updates.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just put your recipients name and address in at checkout. We aren't able to offer custom gift wrap or notes at this time though, so just give them a heads up that it's coming!
